    Accommodation pricing explained:

  1. Is the accommodation pricing on a per room or per person basis?
  2. Unless otherwise stated, the price is per room and not per person.

  3. What meals are included in my accommodation price?
  4. If meals are included in the price, this will be stated in the product detail on the website once the hotel has been selected.

  5. What are the types of board available at hotels?
    • Room only: This means that your room is only included in the price you have paid.
    • Bed and Breakfast: This means that your breakfast is included in the price you have paid.
    • Half board: This means that your breakfast and evening meal is included in the price you have paid. In some cases you can choose to receive lunch instead of breakfast but the hotel will confirm this upon your arrival.
    • Full board: This means that all meals during the duration of your stay (breakfast, lunch, evening meal) are included in the price that you have paid.
    • All Inclusive: Generally this means you receive all meals, drinks, snacks, entertainment and non-motorised water sports laid on by your hotel.

    You are advised to check with the operator regarding the exact details of your all-inclusive plan as this can vary from hotel to hotel.

    ONCE YOU'VE BOOKED

  6. Will I receive a confirmation email?
  7. If you have not received your confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of making a booking or have lost the e-mail, please check your deleted items / 'Junk Mail' folder.

    Please add to your contacts list as this will allow you to receive your booking confirmation. (If you do not do this Junk Mail / Spam filters can potentially prevent you from receiving your booking confirmation.)

    Please email us to confirm your booking. Remember to have your reference number handy.

  8. How do I correct errors on my documentation?
  9. If you see a mistake on your confirmation e-mail or documentation, call us on +27 82 396 0537. Please quote your booking reference number.

  10. Can I amend details on my booking?
  11. Yes, details can be changed on the booking, however this does vary depending on what you have booked.

    If you wish to amend your booking or order, or wish to enquire if a specific change can be made, then please call us on +27 82 396 0537. Please quote your booking reference number.

    We will then be able to check the booking details and get back to you as soon as possible to advise if the amendment is possible and if it will incur a refund or additional charge.

    Typical amendment fees are 5% of total transaction value when you booked on our site, in addition to the charge levied by the supplier. All fees will be advised prior to any amendment being made.

  12. How do I cancel my hotel room?
  13. In the event that the hotel booking needs to be cancelled, for whatever reason, you are liable to pay an administration fee of 5% of the total transaction value booked on our site. This will be in addition to any cancellation charge our hotels / suppliers may impose.

    A refund for the booking cost will be given which will include deductions for the administration fee and the charge the hotel / supplier may impose. If these fees are greater than the booking cost, the cancellation will be at the full cost of the booking and no refund will be given.
